Overview

Fresh and fruity nose with with ripe blackcurrents, black cherry and maybe some raspberry - not much darkness. Acidity is good and there are light, powdery tannins on the palate, which is closer to medium than full bodied. The fruit is less pronounced than expected and there's a bit of cedar. This is a straighforward and easy drinking Californian that will please most palates.
