Soft, supple, and truly divine.  This delicate Gewurztraminer comes from Alsace ad is produced by Rolly Gassman using ecological farming techniques.  This is a medium-bodied sweet white wine with lovely floral notes on the nose and a buttery feel on the tongue.  Not too overpowering it is perfect for serving chilled with some delicious Foie Gras on the patio.
