Overview

Strawberry, dried roses and herbs, sweet blue fruit. Carbonic maceration pops to mind when smelling this rose...! Light to medium bodied with a tiny sweetness, very good acidity and soft-lingering tannins. A very pleasant rose and I am trying it with beef carpaccio garnished with pink grapefruit segments and radicchio.
