Overview

A dark, jammy blockbuster that will age over the next five to six years. Made from fruit grown on our their farm, including their original planting (circa 1984). Extended maceration and vigorous cap management is used during fermentation to extract natural rich fruit and intensity of color and flavor. Combination of new and one/two year old American Oak. Aged in barrel for 15 months.
