Oregon is quickly becoming the hot-spot for great wines bursting with flavour and this Pinot Noir is a good example of why.  This wine is cowboy meets debutante.  On the nose, expect bright and fresh red berries like raspberries and strawberries along with some great Pacific Northwest forest soil.  On the palate this wine is soft and elegant with mild tannins and well balanced acidity.  The fruit notes return and so does the minerals notes..more cowboy.  This is a perfect wine for turkey, ham, or even a simple plate of charcuterie on the patio.
