Overview

Cellared in Canada and proud of it, family owned and operated Pacific Breeze is Canada's first 'garagiste' winery. It  makes memorable wines from pedigreed grapes sourced from south of the border (this is cleary and boldly stated on the label), and it makes them in New Westminster, part of Metro Vancouver.  This rich, full-bodied inky Cab's grapes hail from the Acure Estate Vineyards in California's Alexander Valley. Bold black pepper, ripe red berry fruit, and earthy aromas  lead to  lush  spice and sweet fruit on the palate. nicely crafted, tis balanced wine show slightly chewy tannins and has an engagingly long finish. Drinking nicely now, this will age well for another five to seven years.
