Cinzia Rascazzo

Cinzia is a wine sommelier, extra virgin olive oil taster and expert on the traditional cuisine of Puglia and Southern Italy. Together with her sister Marika (a Cardiologist), Cinzia founded Stile Mediterraneo Italy, a Mediterranean Cooking School whose mission is to educate about the health benefits of the simple and Mediterranean cuisine of Puglia. Moreover, Stile Mediterraneo Italy organize culinary & wine tours in Puglia to promote the small and very select local producers  (   Cinzia earned an MBA from Harvard in Boston and worked for many years in Milan, London, New York.
