Cinzia Rascazzo

Cinzia is a wine sommelier, extra virgin olive oil taster and expert on the traditional cuisine of Puglia and Southern Italy. Together with her sister Marika (a Cardiologist), Cinzia founded Stile Mediterraneo Italy, a Mediterranean Cooking School whose mission is to educate about the health benefits of the simple and Mediterranean cuisine of Puglia. Moreover, Stile Mediterraneo Italy organize culinary & wine tours in Puglia to promote the small and very select local producers  (italycookingcourses.com).   Cinzia earned an MBA from Harvard in Boston and worked for many years in Milan, London, New York.
