Overview

Larissa Beznaczuk-Smyrnew from NOURISH, will take you to her favourite culinary destination in the world: Tuscany. Tuscans have low rates of cardiovascular disease, cancers and diabetes all while eating meat, cheese, and living steps away from vineyards. The secret is fresh, local foods bought and prepared the same day. To begin, light and fluffy ricotta and sage fritters. Move on to a fresh and healthy white bean, tomato, marinated eggplant, fresh basil and arugula salad. As a pasta course we will make our own homemade pappardelle pasta with a Florentine meat ragu. As a main course we will enjoy some orange-olive braised rabbit and chicken served with pancetta garlic sautéed greens. An apricot and fig crostata to finish with a lemon sorbetto. This event will be held at Divino Wine Studio. Price: $79, includes the class, dinner, two glasses of wine
