A sumptuous evening of dining that will feature collaborations from twenty-five of Toronto’s Slow Food chefs and national leaders speaking on food related issues. The event will begin with a reception hosted by Chef Jamie Kennedy that will include Canadian Cheeses and Ontario Wines. The dinner portion of the evening will consist of five courses prepared by top local chefs who are active members in the Slow Food community. Slow Food International founder & president Carlo Petrini will also be in attendance. This Gala will serve to showcase the collection of Slow Food Canada individuals who are committed to supporting structures amongst producers, food communities, and food activists, as well as promoting the principals of Good, Clean, and Fair food for everyone. This event will be held at Hart House, University of Toronto. Price: $125.00 for Slow Food members, $150.00 for non-members.
